1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliaps ("jiliaps," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliaps website located at jiliaps.org, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jiliaps Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliaps Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jiliaps Platform or any affiliated platform.

jiliaps reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jiliaps may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any person who knowingly provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the jiliaps Platform may be subject to account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of jiliaps services, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all jiliaps accounts:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active jiliaps account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliaps login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
• Unauthorised access. You must notify jiliaps immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Non-transferability. Your jiliaps account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

jiliaps will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiliaps that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jiliaps supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your jiliaps account.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jiliaps account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the timeframes specified in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jiliaps reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• jiliaps does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jiliaps accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your jiliaps account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jiliaps reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiliaps offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all jiliaps promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• jiliaps reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate jiliaps bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the jiliaps Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published by the relevant provider.

• jiliaps uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The integrity of all RNG-based games is independently verified by the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiliaps will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. jiliaps's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the jiliaps system are final and binding. jiliaps reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including as a result of a software malfunction or manifest error in the displayed odds or game parameters.
• jiliaps reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or maximum number of concurrent bets for any player at any time, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliaps Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jiliaps Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jiliaps Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the jiliaps Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of any applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the jiliaps Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information to jiliaps at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliaps Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jiliaps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliaps Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliaps Platform without the prior written consent of jiliaps.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliaps and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliaps Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jiliaps's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliaps account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jiliaps Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliaps makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jiliaps is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and our own Responsible Gaming Policy, jiliaps provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jiliaps account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your jiliaps account for a period of your choosing.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Any other conduct that jiliaps reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jiliaps.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliaps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliaps will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the jiliaps Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jiliaps recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiliaps, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. jiliaps will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliaps from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
